Berklee Blogging: Collected Writings from 2006 (not a lot of it)
What is this?
Back in 2006, I was in my second year of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. I just turned twenty five & was adjusting to my life in New England.
These blog posts were originally posted on Xanga.com and were a reflection of a different era. I was already on Facebook by then but it wasn’t as big then. When I arrived in Boston in January 2005, Berklee students could join Facebook. That was when it was still a closed network for colleges and university students in the Boston area.
Anyway, I compiled these together as a document of a time when I couldn’t spell arpeggio, didn’t know a lot of things and was absorbing the Berklee experience.
Pardon all the mistakes (left in) and the naivety (can’t time travel back to change that).
Hope you enjoy reading this (and get some musical insights too perhaps!)
